Here is a Wormy Chestnut with a Padauk paddle long box headed home today, the feather was woodburned then painted ....the striker is all solid aluminum that was hand turned by me on my Nova DVR 3000 wood lathe and drilled out on the bell end to the shaft......hope you enjoy these David...pappy

I think we decided on alaskan cedar for the lid laminated sides.
