Post by: talltines on March 04, 2012, 05:52:31 PM
Noticed Hornady is producing a turkey load this year and was wondering if anyone has shot them?

I know they were talked about in the Lead Shooters Section, you could run a search and find it. Sounds like they would work really well...for crow hnting...maybe.

I think those have a version of the Flight Control Wad.  If they do, you will definately get better patterns out of a modified or Imp Cly choke.  The FWC is made to stay with the shot, not be stripped or slowed down.  I get awsome patterns in my NEF single shot with a fixed Mod choke and Fed HW (have the FCW).
