With a couple weeks left until our season starts this is what I have parading around my back yard daily. I feel blessed and cursed both at the same time. I took these while standing on my back porch this morning. Can I camp out in your backyard ?
Absolutely, I'll just need you to check your gun at the door.
Nice flock. Good luck to you on opening day!
By the way, the hen on the right has a beard.

Thats cool. I'll bring my crossbow. ;D
Is that a deer laying down in the first picture?
If it is I was mesmerized by the turkeys so much that I didn't notice. I'm pretty sure its an antbed, deer are in the yard quite often but never bedded.
Wow looks like a good spot for opening day
Hope they hang around for you until season opens
good luck, hope you kill a biggin
my luck them things would disapear the day the season opened.
doesn't look like you have far to go for your scouting trips, good luck.

Nice pictures (no green here just white) and looks like you have a likely spot for the opener.

I think that is a blade of grass sticking up on the middle one. Sure hope you don't live in the City limits. ;D
I don't live in the city limits, but these birds are probably safe from me anyway. I should be able to get my limit on leases pretty easy, so I'll save these for a youth or just sitting on the porch and drinking coffee while enjoying the show.
Cool pics! Awesome living with the critters, eh?
They decided to start showing off a little today.(http://i1048.photobucket.com/albums/s361/Moritmer/Snapbucket/1B3A507C.jpg)(http://i1048.photobucket.com/albums/s361/Moritmer/Snapbucket/BB7D8BD9.jpg)(http://i1048.photobucket.com/albums/s361/Moritmer/Snapbucket/648A4819.jpg)

Ok, somebody needs to tell that guy that when she lays down on the ground in front of him,...his show has worked, so now he needs to climb aboard. I don't think he gets it because he is still selling when she is clearly showing buying signs!!
He never figured it out. That went on for about 10 min, the other gobbler got down on the ground in front of them "demonstrating" what needed to be done. He may need to be culled.
Nice pics!
