Hey guys in Tennessee do i just purchase the annual hunting license or do i have to have a turkey permit also to hunt turkeys (im out of state).Look at website but it wasn't clear to me.Looks like i just purchase the annual license for 251 and that's it but dunno.Thanks.
You will only need the type 073 Annual Hunting All Game at a cost of $251. You also need a hunter saftey education card, if you have one from Kentucky it's good here too.

Been hearing some reports of not hearing any birds gobbling in tennessee im going to said property saturday morning at daylight to listen and ill report back if i hear anything. This farm is supposed to be loaded guess ill find out.
Been gobbling for a couple of weeks in west tennessee.
Just started listening for them this week, but they have been gobbling in middle tn.
Just got home from tennessee,we went down there to listen for birds and to do a little scouting this morning. It was coming a torrential down pour and lightning till we got to tennessee and it quit raining about 5:30am.We got to our spot parked the vehicle and soon as i got out i heard a gobbler fire off on the roost wasnt even daylight yet.We walked back to our spot were we are hunting and they came alive.Hens everywhere were talking and gobblers was answering. We counted 8 different ones on the roost but im sure that isnt all ofem.We walked on up in the woods and one gobbled 75 yards in front of us so we just stood still.Good daylight came and we started seeing turkeys everywhere in the trees.I wouldnt be afraid to say there was 100 turkeys all together.Good morning to say the least. We know where they at know.COME ON MARCH 31st.
Almost forgot to mention to top this morning off we also got a ticket coming back home from KSP for not wearing seatbelt.
The dreaded seatbelt ticket. This seasons getting more expensive by the minute ! :policeman:
Have a blast, sounds like you're covered in birds. :icon_thumright:
Good luck Raspy ! Hope you tag out in Tennessee & Kentucky !
