When I first started hunting this property about 6 years ago, I noticed two 15 ft. ladder stands on it that did not belong to the landowner. They were really tight on the tree then, and now the tree has begun to grow around the stand. My question is, do I remove the stands from the tree and maybe use them somewhere else, or would that be considered stealing. I am 98% sure they have been abandoned because nobody hunts the farm except me.
Technically, they're the land owners property now, if he doesn't mind I would use them as my own.

Yeah, definitely tell the landowner first....then ask if you could use em.
I agree.
they do belong to the land owner,he may not even know they are there, just ask him/her if you can move them and use them.I wouldn't touch em until i did

x2. If he doesn't hunt, i'm sure he won't care. However, out of respect always ask.
