Has anyone else had problem contacting customer service? I ordered a recoil pad from them on Feb. 7th and still have not received it. Just wondering if any one else has had problems and how they handled it. I have called them numerous times and emailed a couple times with no reply.
I haven't had to contact them and I ordered 2 recoil pads from them b4 you did and got them in within a couple days.
How did you pay for them? If you used paypal or a CC, you can cancel the charge or file a dispute due to not receiving your item.
That usually gets their attention.
BTW.....What recoil pad are you looking for? The 2nd one I bought for my Dad ended up not fitting his gun.
I ordered one for my Mossberg 935.
Well.......Maybe we can make a deal. The one I have is for a 935 (5 3/16" long) non-tactical stock. It measures about 1 11/16" wide. For what ever reason, it didn't fit my Dad's 835 thumbhole stock. I don't consider it a tactical stock, but maybe it is.
