Should you go up or down a size if you wear a 1/2 size for Lacrosse
rubber boots?

Lacrosse has changed their sizes up in recent years for those of you that havent bought any in a while.  I have 3 pairs in 13 that I've worn for years.  My wife bought me two new pairs of 13s for Xmas because a couple pairs are starting to crack.  Neither pair fit, too small, so I had to return them.  Ended up swaping them out for Readheads as those were the only ones at BPS that fit.
