had a guy give me multiple boxes of winchester super x gray box tonight,,,,these are 3'' 1 7/8oz number 5, im shooting remmys with carlson 640 and a ventilator,,,,,,
pros and cons,,,,,,,
I have a couple friends that shoot them only in 6 shot . they like them .
I hate to knock anything but if they will shoot for you, you have an amazing gun.
i dont know if my gun will shoot them i have never fired them before
1 5/8oz of 5s is not a lot of shot from the git go. I like 5s but I like to have more than that to start with
I think your choke maybe a little too tight for the 5's.
I got my hands on the same load last year just for sighting in. They patterned poorly for me in 2 different guns. As always though, results may vary.

He has 1 7/8 oz. 1/8 oz less than 2 oz. I also believe the choke may be too tight but you never know. Ie. Dawei shooting a Swarm 555 with Win #4s and averaging 8-11 pellets in a 3" circle at 40 yards is an example.
Try them, the price was right.
the .640 might be a little to tight, but the gray box winchesters are known for some great patterns and #5 is my favorite lead pellet
my stoeger m2000 shot em good with a kicks .655 gt choke. Killed 2 in 2010 with it too actually.

Try them, you never know. My best lead patterns in my 3" 1187 so far are with WW XX 3-2-5s (113/10) through an SSX .643. Haven't shot any 3-2-6s yet, but the 5s did much better than WW HV 3-1.75-6s (92/10)
Close to my 110/40 but with the win hv 6 with the ssx
