Midwayusa.com has there Fed. HW 2 3/4" and 3 "  #7's on sale. $13 something and $14 something a box.

Just saw that myself. I picked up two boxes to try with through my SSX. The hevi-13 7's do a good job, but I have heard nothing but great things about the HW and for that price I can't go wrong.

Out to 30 yards....those 2 3/4 Federal HW #7's are a killer.  My daughter dusted her first longbeard last year out of her 870 20 ga with an SSX .550 and the Fed 2 3/4. 

They kick about like bird shot so they are great for kids.  I would NOT shoot them past 30 yards however.  The pattern just does not hold up.
