Title: Kids rod/reel combo??

Anyone have a good combo for kids?  I have looked at Cabela's and Bass Pro and Walmart without much success.  I may have found a good combo, Bill Dance Crappie Pro at Bass Pro, but still wanted to ask.  I am looking for a 4.5' or 5' rod with a good closed face or spin cast reel.  Looking to use 6 lb test line.  I am looking for a light or medium light rod.

Hey Ray

  IMO the Zebco 33 is one of the best closed face reels made. You can get the whole rod & reel combo at wal-mart for a reasonable price. Good Luck & have fun !   :icon_thumright:
