Title: Should I?
Post by: guesswho on February 18, 2012, 10:02:28 PM
I bought me an Eotec sight this year for my turkey gun and was wanting to add something else as well.  I think this might be just what I was looking for.   Anybody have any experience with this?

Ronnie, I guess if you called them in close enough you could just hit them in the head with the barrel.

Them long barrels would look good out of that cow blind.

Those barrels will also give the gobblers something to roost on when they come check out your turkey fan decoy/head cover.

No worries about your 30 yard pattern numbers considering your barrel is around 25 yards.............
Heck, you don't even need a sight!

Ya won't even need a choke, just press the barrel against their head.  :newmascot:

I'm thinking that it would come in handy when crossing creeks and such too.  Use it like a pole-vault.  If I can talk my buddy into getting one too, we could use them as stilts to cross rivers.  Yep, with this and my new cow blind I shouldn't have any problem, even with field birds.
