Budweiser Shootout tonight on Fox at 7 central time.
Go Harvick #29 :icon_thumright:
Another Season of WWF Wrestling would be more interesting.
At least the ladies are good looking
:(
Can't wait. Hopefully Smoke can pull off another title this year.
Tonights race should be exciting. We'll get to see, in race conditions, how the draft is going to work this year with all of the changes. I personally was more of a fan of the pack racing at the SS tracks, but the 2 car tango is definitely interesting as well.

I'm ready!
Jimmie Johnson starting the year off with failed inspection. Already a great year!
Is it just me or have they slacked off on the advertising they do for the Dayton 500?
I will be tuning in but have to admit after following the sport closely for the past 25 years I am the least fired up this year for the start.I am sure I have changed but the racing has changed more. The competetion is very good just so many other things are in the mix nowadays.
I must admit that I think that nascar is rigged. I however can't wait until the green flag drops. I do love nascar.
Cold beverages and pizza ready! Here we go Stewart!

Little Big Town did an AWESOME job with the National Anthem!
Havent watched a race since Dale Earnhart died.He was my favorite.
The racing just isn't that exciting anymore until the last few laps. Sure wish I had been old enough to see some of the old school racing where they loved to put each other in the wall.
These guys are tearing up some cars tonight. :TrainWreck1:
24 car sure looks strong tonite ! :you_rock: :you_rock: :you_rock:
** But he's a sittin' duck..........
At least Gordon took the #18 out before he rolled it........

And the 18 came back to win.
Kyle Bush can flat a.. drive a race car. I am not a Kyle Bush fan, but I really do respect what he can do with a car.

Can't stand him but he can drive...
Looks like Pack Racing is back or should I say Wreck Fest is back. Kyle Busch aka Potato Head is a punk with a big mouth. Eventually he will end up like his big brother driving for a low budget team because of his premadona attitude.

I think Kyle Busch done so well last because most other drivers would just let him go by. The other drivers didn't want to have a wreaked car and wanted to finish the race. He'll race clean for awhile and then he'll put them in the wall. The headlock in pit lane changed him alittle bit though LOL! Im a #24 fan, have been since the days of the sprint car driving.
Jr. did lead 12 laps of the first 25 in that race, and he was in position a couple times last year to win. He ran out of gas with about a half a lap to go while leading. Not that a plate track shows much in the way of how his year is going to go, though. Plus, there's no way he's to be out of Nascar until he wants to be. He didn't get a win last season, but he did make the chase and finished 7th, which in this day in age with how the competition is, that's not exactly an easy feat.
Kyle won the race because he's fearless, can get the most out of a damaged car, and he has unbelievable car control. You really think people are going to get out of his way in fear of getting wrecked, especially in a race that doesn't count for anything? He made two wild saves that I'm not sure a lot of people could have pulled off. The apron definitely helped him out. The sparks were flying off the car while he was catching Stewart. He pushed him just long enough, almost too long, but pulled out and passed him just perfect. He may not have any Cup Championships yet, but I personally think it won't be long, and what he can do in the race car when his head is on straight is awesome to watch.
Yep, I do think driver's move out of his way to keep from being crashed LOL. I heard it on the head-sets too many times. "Let him pass, he's driver like an idiot today!" I've also heard the crew say " Let him pass, if the other driver's wanna finish in 1 piece, they may wanna do the same, this guy is ridicules"
These may not be exact quote's but I've heard it enuff to know that they are in fact getting out of the way to finish a race and keep from wreaking cars because of his GREAT DRIVING SKILLS LOL!
I think that maybe a reason he got his head warmed up in the pit area by an owner because he was crashing and tearing up to many cars!
I'm with old raspy, I just lost interest since Dale died.
