Title: Modified 870 need help

I have an 870 that I have had the barrel cut down to 22".  The gunsmith threaded the barrel to accept the Tru-choke system of chokes.  I have only been able to find a hastings .655 and I know kicks makes one that fits.  Does anyone have any choke and shell recommendations for my gun?

Rhino, Indian Creek or Pure Gold Chokes.

H 13s in straight 7s
Nitros in straight 7s as well. Nitro Ray, Not Remington Nitros.

Any choke that can shoot Hevi shot with the 3.5" 2.25oz #7 Hevi 13 shells

I bought the Hastings .655 choke.  I shot a bunch of different loads and the best I could get was 163 pellets in a 10" circle at 40 yards.  That was with a 3" nitro with 4-5-7.  I wonder if I could do any better if I orders the pure gold .670
