Im from Mi. but I hunt the LBL sometimes with friends from Cadiz,Aurora,and Murry.

Spurman, I met you and you buddy at LBL last spring. FINE morning should have killed one after I left you all.

Oh ya .... I'm from Lyon County, been chasing turkeys for almost 40 years.

I was the one with Spurman that day!    I just came from a coon supper that was held  in Lyon Co. your dad may have even been there ?

That was a great morning does not happen like that very often.
We will have to hear the story about the one that got away. Maybe we will see you again this spring.

I'm from Henderson county, and hunt mostly in Muhlenburg county on some private and public land.

I wondered when I saw your handle and location, if the pic on your profile was bigger I would have remembered.LOL.
I am terrible with names. I need to start writing down the folks I meet. I remembered you, what you do, and that you had run into my Dad the previous year hunting over there.
My Dad wasn't at the coon supper, though I sure he would have been more comfortable there. We had a Birthday get together for my Mom and niece at Patty's. Food's good but dang it was crowded and it's expensive.

Spurman ... the story is one of the longggggggggg LBL stories that so often end with " ... and I never could get a good shot at him" LOL
I look foreward to talking to ya'll again this spring. May even have to stop by sometime whem I'm in the "Big City"

 Count me in spurman ---a buffalo burger at lite side cafe north end of the trace is hard to beat. They also have a turkey sandwitch called "THE GOBBLER"

First, sorry for the lack of responce, I've been very under the weather. Two trips to the ER and 3 days in the hospital ain't no fun.

I'd say count me in for sure ... but the plant has deciced to screw my season by having their turnaround the entire month of April............ :angry9:
If there is anyway I'l be there just let me know when!!
If not I hope to meet up with you somewhere.

Looks like I'll be heading back to Kentucky this spring.

Muhlenberg, Ohio or butler counties right now. Looking into Henderson and union to get closer to home.
