Title: Unfamiliar terrain?
Post by: SouthernThunder on February 16, 2012, 01:07:36 AM
Long story short I'm a Florida boy who's used to hunting wide open cow pastures and oak heads. Now i'm in Alabama and the terrain is completely different....deep bottoms and ridges (virtually no open areas). Anyone have any advice on how to hunt these birds? (also its public land)

Go deep and get high ! Listen from the top of a ridge then drop in from the top ! Good luck !
