Title: 835 barrel length
Post by: Clucknpur8 on February 13, 2012, 11:44:40 PM
Went from a 28" barrel to a 24" barrel for better mobility. Lost pattern density. Shooting Indian Creek choke. Would rather change choke than barrel. Any ideas on a choke that would perform better with the 24" barrel. Shooting hevi 13 2.25  6's

Try a TruGlo .670 SSX choke.

My buddy has the 24" barrel with a Jellyhead .690.  Shooting the 3.5/2.25/#6 round he was getting in the 190's.  It was pretty even too.  He was getting similar results with the winchester er as well.
