I have just purchased a Sumtoy "Bad Boy" choke for the exact same gun.  I talked to the owner and he is making me a choke specifically for the Federal HW 3" 1.5oz #7's.  This same choke using lead gets 107 at 40 yards.  He can also make you a choke for the Hevi Shot as well for our gun.  I told him I wanted that bird dead at 40-45 and he recommended the choke he is making me using that load.  All the guys on here and other sites rave about Sumtoy and their products.

Good Luck to you.

When you state this same choke gets 107 @40 using lead, what lead shell, shot size are you referring to? And this is a 20 gauge?

Yep a 20 gauge.  Winchester Supreme 3" #5's for the lead.
