Get ya some HTL straight 6 or 7 and quality choke .675 - .690 and you'll be set.

Im shooting a Stardot with Hevi 13 3.5 7's and getting low 270's. Polished the barrel this week and I'm hoping for 300. I've also had great results with an IC 675 and 6's.

I tried the magblends a few weeks ago. The 7's seemed to carry the pattern. I could only see a few of the larger pellets scattered thru out the pattern. My rig got 199 with magblends and 85% of that was the 7's. The only advantage I see in the MB is the added speed.

Agreed.  Hard to beat the Star Dot choke and Hevi-13 3.5" 2.25oz #7's  Another killer choke for the money if you can't find a Star Dot is the TruGlo SSX .670.  I got 312 with it on my 1st shot and 287 with my second shot.  on a 45 degree day.  It actually out shot the Star Dot that day.  But I doubt it would of beat the Star Dot on a 60 to 70 degree day which is our typical spring temp.   I have a Pure Gold .670 and it does pretty good.  I also have a MAD Max .680 that shoots the Hevi-13 3.5" 2.25oz #6 loads exceptionally well.  243 shot in a 10" with the first shot out the tube after I bought it used.

My buddy has the same gun.  Last year he shot in the 190's with winchester xrhd 3.5"#6 and h13 3.5" #6 using a jellyhead choke.  His barrel was not polished either.

I shot my 835 today using a truglo 695 with 3.5 mag blends.  i got 210 in 10'' circle.  i have a pure gold on the way as well as Hevi 7's.  Will shoot them next week and see what numbers i get.

I think you'll see better number thru that PG .695 is a little open for 7's.

Well you need to run around a 675.  That should get you around the 300 mark with the 7's.   You have a few chokes that work in that gun.

I agree with William on the .675 or around that.  Really .670 to .680 should typically give you optimum patterns out of the 835's with 6's or 7's and I would say even magblends.  And also SumToy chokes seem to be doing very well at turning in some impressive patterns here with members here who have them.  So that is another good option for you.
