clear backed decals are ordered as well.. dont have a preview of those though...but same design... its a 4 X 3 too I think...but the back is clear for your windows or whatever you put them on.. got the adhesive BACK not front -- like last time...

Probably not, they're scarce, the last time I saw them on EBay they were going for around 60-70 smackers $$$.
