Title: Conditioning Question
Post by: StruttinGobbler3 on February 06, 2012, 03:33:18 PM
Hey guys got another question. I have a Hooks Assassin bronzed glass call in the mail. I've owned jusy about everything but a glass call, and was curious about conditioning it. What grit sandpaper do all of you use for bronzed glass? And I assume the sand in one direction only rule still applies with glass. Thanks.

Use a Primo's slick stix to get it conditioned good then you can go back to the sandpaper or screen, but a good stone will save your fingers and get it done a lot faster. The driwall sandpaper cuts the glass a lot better. I have two different grit stones and that's all I use on glass.

150 grit sandpaper. Rub in one direction only then blow the debris off the calling surface
