Here's a question I had last year and got conflicting answers.
Are we to translate the birds ounces into metric and include that in the score?
Some on last year's team said yes, some said no.

Duke - this is right off of the gobblermatic score page...
"How to PROPERLY Measure your Gobbler
~*Weight*~
First, weigh your bird in pounds and ounces and convert to decimal form."
now get us a bigun!
Most important - take the pics!! Don't take the right pics, no score! One hero shot doesn't do squat for the team.
Thanks, I musta overlooked that.
Question. Does the "Gobblermatic Calculator" take 2 beards? Don't know how to plug in the second beard to score it?
I gotta be missing something.
Thanks,
Dale

Dale, you'll have to add the beards together for a total length, convert the measurement into the proper decimal form and put that figure into the calculator to get your score. Hope this helps.
Can't wait to see your bird scored up. Congrats. :)
That makes sense. Thanks, BB. Got all the pics on Photobucket and need to sort through them.
I'll make a quick calculation and post it in a few.
==========
According the calculator: 69.25
Just think if the one spur wasn't broken!
===========
Wow, if the broken spur was like the other one (1"), score would have been 76.75.
