Today I had a request for a pot call with a place to hook a lanyard. The customer also wants 2 strikers with some way to hook the lanyard to the strikers. I have some ideas such as putting a canalure around the outside of the pot. This would allow him to cinch a string around the call. I told him putting a screw hook into the call may deaden the sound somewhat. The strikers he wants me to put holes in the ends of them so he can put his attachment string on them. I am not real sure of how this will turn out, however he is the customer. Any thoughts?? Thanks Charlie

I see you like to put a finger ring around your pots, have a lanyard made to fit that. That way you do not compromise your pot sound and the customer is happy......
