Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket scope mount base for the encore or pro hunter 12 GA by TC? All I can find is the TC version, the # 9949. Thanks.

I know they had some problems with the mounts on the 12 gauges. the screws were to long and and were messing up the barrels. Might want to call TC and as them. also check out grey beard outdoors lots of info over there.

Weaver makes one that is correct. Dont try to use the one for the rifle as it is too short. You have to take off the rear sight and use the holes that are for the rear sight. I have never had a problem with the screws being too long.
