Have any of you had any experience with this Michigan based company? I know they are primarily a coon hunting company....lights, collars, leashes, etc......

I didn't include enough info. Let me start over.....I ordered a pair of hipboots that are clones of the old Wicks Froglegs, back in September in size 11. Tims wife answered the phone and took my order. She said it would take a little while for them to be made. I said no problem, I won't need them until December for deer. They use a pair of Lacrosse Grang knee boots and sew a canvas chap to the boot. Well in November they sent me a pair of size 12's. They tried to screw me with the wrong size by destroying the size displays all over the boots. They even used a Drimal Tool grind it off the bottom of the sole! It took me 3 weeks to ever get in touch with them and I sent the boots back. Mary assured me that it must have been a mix up.  Well its February and still no boots.... What should I do? They won't answer the phone, or respond to my emails. Their availability over the phone has been a problem since the beginning.  Buddy of mine ordered the same boots about 3 weeks after me and is having the exact same problems...... They have a website if any of you care to look.   Timshuntingsupply.com

Trust me, you are not the first to have those type of problems with that company. Coonhunting and raising hounds is my biggest hobby along with turkey hunting, and I've had experience with most all of the hound supply companies at one time or another. Tims has givenproblems like that to a lot of people and they won't get my dollar. Best thing to do is cancel the order and get a refund. Call valley creek hunting supply and talk to Redgy Ramsey. Best people in the business. Their pro chaps are the closest thing to the old Wick brand out there. Hope this helps.

I know it won't solve your problem or ease your frustration but, I'd at least contact the local BBB.  That stinks, sorry about your bad luck.

If you paid with a credit card, file a claim with them to get your money back.
