been a while since I logged on ....Ive got several turkey guns already but just aquired a ew one and having trouble finding chokes..my uncle just passed away and I got some of his guns, one is a mossberg 9200 12ga. 24 in brl ..looks brand new , its mossy oak camo , Gonna turkey hunt with it this year in kind of a remembrance of him thing...Ive searched several places for a good choke, wanting a Jelley head or Kicks or any other comparible thats ported, if you anybody can help me or tell me where to get one /order one be appreciated, Im seeing that some are interchangeable with moss/500 ? is that true,,,,,has a imp. cyl accu-choke now ..anyways please help me out ready to see how it shoots
The 9200 uses the same chokes as the 500. There is a big following for Pure Gold, Indian Creek, Jelly Head and several others on here.
The 9200 will use the standard Invector/ Win Choke style. If it will fit a Mossberg 500/535, it will fit your 9200.
Before you invest a lot of time and money in that 9200. Let me suggest that you do some research on the reliability issues with the 9200 and make sure this is a project that you want to pursue. At one time Mossberg would replace the 9200 with a new shotgun. If I were you I would contact them and see if they still have this program in effect.
Just A Suggestion
bird
OP if you contact Mossberg as Bird suggests you will be pleased with their customer service. They have the best in the business IMO.

There is truly something special about hunting with a gun that has been used by someone we admired or who was close to us. I'm glad you have that gun.
The 9200 has a good barrel. I'd recommend that you deep clean it http://allaboutshooting.com/article_info.php?articles_id=282 just to give it the very best chance of performing up to its potential.
I like several chokes for that gun. The SSX, the Wright's, JEB's, Pure Gold and the Hevi-13 Turkey Choke. I've shot them all and while different, they all do well.
I'd also recommend the 3" Hevi-13 "Bronze" shells with 2 oz. of either #6 or #7 shot.
Have fun with that gun and I hope you get a turkey or two with it this spring.
Thanks,
Clark
There are a few chokes for sale in the classifieds that will fit your gun. I did see a star dot choke for trade, but the op may be willing to sell it. That would be a great choke for your gun.

The Jellyhead and a dose of Hevi 2 oz #7's should make for a great hunting combo.
