We took our last trip of the season to Guntersville this past weekend. We actually ended up doing pretty good. It was kind of rough Saturday morning with thunderstorms but we stuck it out and killed a few ducks. The Goldeneye's topped the trip off though!

Awesome, especially the goldeneye. I took a guy out there a few years back for his first trip. As I was setting up decoys, he was loaded and ready. He sees a duck coming from our left and asked me what it was. I saw it well enough from that distance to know it was a goldeneye and told him to kill it. Three shots, three MISSES and the duck landed about 150 yds away and never gave us another look. Only one I have seen
