Nothing quite like coming home after a long 12 hour night shift and hearing the first gobble of the year right in your front yard...hit the horn on my truck to see if he would hammer again and had three gobblers fire off about a hundred yards from the house. Combining that with the numerous strutters i've seen this past week, Spring fever is starting to set in! Anybody else hearing birds yet?
That's cool! I love to hear that first gobble of the year!! I better get out this weekend and give a listen!! :you_rock:
:icon_thumright: It will be a while here before I hear one I think.

I heard gobbling this fall while deer hunting!!
That will get the blood flowing. Our birds here are still hibernating and fixin to get buried in 5 inches of snow this evening.
