Got out and done some scouting today. Found a ton of Turkey sign. Put out some trail cams, maybe I'll have some good pix to share soon.
Be looking for some pic's!
I cannot wait to see some pictures either. I hope to get out soon and set up cameras on our food plots from this fall.
Donald, when you know for sure when you are coming let me know and we will take a little time and go to MSF and do some checking around. I have a couple cams I want/am dieing to put out.

I am down for that! We can go back in March to listen for gobbling.
A fella I dove hunt with saw a jake or two (couldn't tell as they ran), a few hens and a gobbler with a rope that was draggin the ground out at the bland tract....That would be an easy place to get into and check out
Plan on heading up to the camp this weekend to put out cameras and do some sitting/listening. Should be able to hear some gobbling. I need to fix my jeep sooner then later. Her brakes are almost out, a pulley is making noise and it seems a U-joint is failing.
Going to put out another trail camera next week. I've found a ton of sign on this land but no pictures of any turkeys now for 3 straight weeks!!! Maybe next week.
I was looking forward to going up to the camp this weekend to do a little work, putting out cameras, and scouting for birds. The low is going to be 27 Saturday, where was this weather during deer season. My jeep is going to stay at home, so that puts me on a 4-wheeler to haul corn. I hate taking a bike or golf cart when it's cold outside. I hope the birds are talking, but I'll bet the are going to be fairly quiet. At least any sign I find will be fresh.
I'll be putting the cameras out mainly to see what deer are left, but I should get a few turkey pics as well. We normally discover a buck post season that we didn't know we had.
Good Luck and I look forward to hearing what you find.
