Title: Big Rubs?
Post by: Spring Creek Calls on January 11, 2012, 12:15:56 PM
Found these rubs during the last deer season. Had to go back and take pictures. I believe both are buck rubs. I've seen pics before of trees this size being rubbed, but the first time I've personally found them. These trees were on 2 separate hunting properties. The one that shows signs of being rubbed year after year was found while tracking the 12 point I shot (pic below).

No marks on other side of tree. I checked because at first I thought it was someone using a climbing stand. One is located in a wet/muddy area, no human tracks but mine.
