Post by: neal on January 10, 2012, 01:52:23 PM
Sorry it's 50 degrees in Northern WI so it feels like turkey season so I thought I'd practice putting up a picture of a dead turkey or three!  :TooFunny:   Just gettting ready for April sorry for the false alarm!

Snow is a coming.  Regardless of how harsh it is or becomes, I'll look at we have maybe 3 more months of winter. . . hopefully.  Boy, that picture makes me rethink about not going to SD again and planning a trip this spring.

Here is our SD turkeys from 2011. BTW not only did we see and kill a few turkeys but I saw the most deer I ever saw in my entire life.

Trkyhtr, nice pictures it looks like you killed that turkey in the same place I killed one in 2010, I can tell by the slash mark on the pine tree to your right. Or was that to the left it all looks the same when you get turned around out there, nothing an extra five or ten miles won't solve. I love them hills didn't make it out there last year the wife wasn't doing so well so I will be back again this year. I'm guessing it wasn't the same spot but in case it was we will see or hear you in the woods next time good luck. Nice pictures again, come on spring
