Title: Mueller Quick Shot mounting ?
Post by: Crappiepro on January 05, 2012, 07:29:06 PM
Hey guys, I mounted my mueller quick shot on my mossberg, my question is " Is there a way to lower the site with another mounting system?" I have it mounted now with a standard weaver rail. Its just alittle high.

Sorry guys, I should have posted this in the site and optics section.
Mods please move to that section.

Brad,
Due to the Muellers length, I don't think there is a lower base that can be used.
The best option would be a Beartooth combsaver.

Thats what I was thinking. I have that tactical/adjustable butt stock so the bear tooth type combriser won't work. I sited it in today, I like it so far but I just need to come up a tad or the site needs to come down LOL.
Thanks chatterbox for the info.

My pleasure Brad. That was one of the problems I had with that setup when I had the 535 with tactical stock.
