Title: Waterfowl for Christmas Dinner
Post by: Spring Creek Calls on December 30, 2011, 09:14:04 AM
This years Christmas dinner was filled with waterfowl as it is every year for our family. I baked wood ducks and 1 black in my old blue specked roaster stuffed with cinnamon, apple, raisin dressing and grilled the marinated breasts of a half dozen mallards, woodies and teal on the grill.  At the end of the day, not a speck of leftover duck was to be found.

Happy New Year to all!
