New Yorks' season isn't usually snowless and ML season always has snow. Not this year. Opening day of firearms, November 19th, we had a dusting and none since. We always take off the last two days of ML season and put on pushes to each other. We did move 17 deer yesterday including 2 bucks but no one could get a shot. Today(last day) my son pushed a small woodlot that usually gives us good action. The only thing that moved was a female coyote that turned out to be very allergic to a 250 grain Barnes TEZ pushed by 110 grains of Triple 7. Well luckily the freezer has some meat in it from a large archery doe and a small shotgun buck cuz I don't has any recipes for yotes.

Congrats on the coyote. That's always a good thing..Too bad on the deer hunt. At least you have some venison to get you by...We are without snow in S.E. Wi., as well. It was a balmy 40 degrees today. Crazy winter. We will pay for this at a later date..
Congrats ,,That thing looks like it got a good coat :icon_thumright:
