Next to the last day of the season, and something finally steps out in front of me. Got myself a nice case of "scope eye" to go along with it...

Great buck man, way to go, it was worth the "badge of honor".
Nice Stink! We didn't have much luck. Dad ended up with a mature 8, real thick horns, but very short tines. I put in all 5 days all day long and never had a shot op at a mature deer. Heck, the only buck I could have shot that was decent was a small 2.5yo 8pt. It was a weird hunt, I hunted some good places and saw very few deer. The local guys said it was one of the toughest bow seasons they've had in a while. We did some deer drives mid day and saw very few as well. We pushed some places that are loaded with deer every year, and would push out nothing, one doe, a few doe, etc. It was just plain weird.
Congrats Stink!!! Did you kill him sitting on stand/blind, still hunting, or during a drive?

Yep...I didn't see as many deer this year either.

I was still hunting my way back to the truck. I hunt by myself, so drives don't really work for me...except for when the neighboring properties get pushed. ;)
