Does the Marlin 336 mount fit on the Mossberg 835 without any additional hole drilling?

mike have you had a chance to try the marlin mount i have the two piece mount and only needed one for the bushnell 1x25 reddot sihgt

Not yet Wes. Still not sure if I'm gonna stay with my scope, or go to and FFII.

I know. I believe I'm gonna make the change. I just need to invest in a shooting vice to make it a little easier.
