Title: Why so many ticks in PA now?
Post by: Strut Buster on November 25, 2011, 08:23:56 PM
Wondering if anyone from PA knows why the ticks are so bad. I live in Southwestern PA. When I was younger there weren't any ticks. Now you can't even go for walk without getting them on you. Pulled several out of me this year hunting. My brother-in-law went out today hunting and said he had 34 on him. I'm always taking them off of my dog. Where in the heck did they all come from?    ???

Here in WA they also seem to be thicker at times and then hardly any for a while. CA was the same always there but the cycle seemed to be up and down must just be the way they survive?
