It would be legal here if it had 3 or more points to a side. They say it's bad luck to shoot one though.

Oh, ok.  Not enough points.  I know some states you can't shoot white deer period for some reason.  Bad luck?  I think I'd take my chaces if he had the appropriate headgear.

Nice pic. A true albino is illegal to shoot in Wi., no matter what the size. However, a piebald is fair game..

Same thing in Illinois...That's one of the many laws we have that make no sense.

and correct me if I am wrong here, but he would be legal for a Jr hunter .... antler restrictions do not apply to them

You are correct. He is fair game for a jr. hunter here in PA.
