Well, got back with the grandkids hyped up on sugar.....they got over eight and a half pounds of candy!!!!!!! We must have went to a hundred houses.....I got a sucker and a tootsie roll.............................

I am going to take a wild guess and dip into the archives.

There was a cartoon character many years ago named Koko the Klown who lived in an inkwell. He would pop out of it and get into trouble and make it back once things were made right. I assume that the prop that you are holding represents the pen that the artist would use to draw him and the other characters.

Again, just a wild guess!
