Title: Pronghorn Success!

Went on my first Antelope hunt last week to hunt the last two days of season in my unit. Connected the first day. I was very pleased.

Thanks guys! They are supposedly really good, but I haven't had time to even try mine since I got back. Hopefully gonna try some fried tenderloin tonight.

congrats!!!  They ARE very good eating. My wife's brother got one in Wyoming a few years back and had it all ground. It is "different" but we liked it.

Well, thought I was gonna get to grill some yesterday, but plans changed again. So, hopefully we'll be eating fried antelope steak tomorrow night. lol
