I have both. I personally don't like the fit of the Super Vinci as well as the SBE II and I certainly don't like the looks as well, but when you shoot it all of that fades away. It is one sweet shooter! With that being said, the SBE II is as well. I suspect it will be proven just as bullet proof as the SBE II in a few years. If I had to choose it would be the SBE II.

Thanks for the post. Im in the same boat lookin for a new waterfowler. I have bounced back and forth from both of these, also the Benelli american series, 3" or 3.5" I hear the cycling and recovery is awesome on the 3" vinci and m2. follow ups is the name of the game when wing shooting. Not very often you shoot once like turkey. Im not fond of the supervinci looks but have heard nothing but great stuff on the recoil and disassembly. Im not worried a bit about the sbe2 either. Been hunting geese around those and they have been flawless in ice, mud rain which are elements you are exposed too often in January and February for the best of goose huntin. The sbe2 and supervinci are the same price from one of my favorite dealers.

I know they have made a couple adjustments on the Vinci, but I bought one last year as a new duck gun and I love it. Ironically I hadn't ever shot a SBII till after I bought the Vinci. Both are great guns but considering I had already adjusted to the Vinci, it was by far my favorite. Very smooth and very simple to clean.

I am a new Super Vinci owner and am very please so far.  The gun takes a little getting used to but has performed flawlessly to date.  I used it during teal season for a couple hunts and worked on some wood ducks, gun did fine.  I patterend it after I bought it and got something like 230 hits in a 10 inch circle shooting mag blends at 40 yards with a Kicks .655 choke.  No complaints with that pattern at all, and the best part of all is that the gun is light weight.  You can carry it and it feels great, actually weighs less than the M2 I believe.
