Title: Early Season Maryland Bow Kill
Post by: WV Gobble Gobble on September 26, 2011, 12:47:31 PM
Hunted Saturday evening and got this pint size doe.  She was between 30-40 lbs. my buddy got the bigger one.  We were on public land in Howard County, MD.  Great hunt after dressing the deer out I went back to get my stand and bumped an 8 point.  Feels great to be in the tree again.

Congrats.  Those pocket size does sure taste good.  They are much easier to get out of the woods as well.

Thanks all reloader you are right my doe was a piece of cake but my buddies almost killed him.  We had about a mile long drag back to the truck.
