In selected counties, WV has a special early season for one week for antlerless deer only. I took this opprotunity to head to Lewis County near Stonewall Jackson Lake to try my hand at a little smokepole action. Friday evening, I was fortunate to take a small button buck with my inline. The ole Remington 700 ML did a good job on this deer. 250 grain TC shockwave Sabot Bullet @ 105 yards. Finished up the hunt the next morning with my first limit of squirrels since I was 13. Im 27 now. Used the ole' trusty Remington 870 20 guage.
