This N.C. man killed 8 people in a pre meditated rampage. Loading up with 12 ga ammo belts before heading out. He doesnt even get first degree? Instead sentenced to 120+ years in jail for the public to support.

i cant understand why they want to keep theses sicko's alive. they will be clothed and fed and recieve there educations. my vote goes for public hangings in the court house square. it would only take a few good hangings for people to think twice before doing something like this.

I agee. Public executions. If they shot their victims, then the family shoots them. If they used a knife, same thing. I would also invite the kids in juvenile detention to witness a few of these to see if it may open their eyes. There is no reason on Earth to keep these murdering buggers alive. None. I'm even open to inconclusive evidence and cases where its not 100% definite to rule as murder 2 or manslaughter or let them go. This on the other hand is cut and dried. The number of people involved and the manner they were killed is different circumstances. Maybe the guy is insane. In this case he doesnt need to be a part of society. Case closed, throw the switch or a rope over a limb.
