Who had the grounded impact 2.0 vest and what's your thoughts on it?
Debating getting one for this year, coming from an RNG 200. Second choice is a new RNG 300.

I've been using one for the last few seasons (I switch back and forth between it and one of Glenda Green's satchels and tube seats.)
I really like the layout and the fact that there are four pot call slots. I like pots, and carry at least that many early season. This was much better than having to stick a couple in a koozie in a random pocket somewhere. I like that the box call slot is actually covered and inside the vest.
It's well-made. I take care of my equipment, but I don't baby it while in use. Parts of three seasons in, and mine is still in fantastic condition.
I like the seat, and the way it deploys. The grounded, RNG, and Tat'r are the only vests I've ever actually liked the seat on. All of them get uncomfortable after sitting for long, though.
It will be heavier than the RNG 200 you've been hunting, but it isn't overly heavy...until you load it down with too much stuff!
I have one as my primary vest and have no complaints. Great vest.

I haven't tried that one on but I am thinking ab making the jump to their hybrid 2.0

I have hunted one for 3 years. I have no plans of changing any time soon. I like the pot call pocket better than the box pocket. I added 1 of the "Yoder Toters" to my vest for my primary box. It is heavier than my Badlands but it is also designed to carry more. Seat magnet on the 2.0 is STRONG!
