Title: Fall season
Post by: backforty on September 07, 2025, 12:09:50 AM
We had really good poult production in our area of Missouri and a bunch of gobblers left. I am looking forward to getting out with my Fowler and chasing fall birds. How is it looking in everybody else's area?

I haven't scouted southern Ohio yet, but I have heard a lot more reports of young turkey broods all summer. That is immaterial to me as I focus on Gobblers. Still looking forward to October 1st.

I'm looking forward to it also... I started baiting for deer and the other night when I went I heard a flock roosting in trees and today I went and I saw two in a corn field row. We will see more turkeys when they'll harvest the fields.

Looking good in Virginia for me and I'll probably save my Maryland fall tag for our Winter season. My Boykin will hopefully be ready in January so we'll see.
