Title: Briley Eccentric chokes

Any of you guys ever tried these chokes that change the point of impact from point of aim? Just wondering if they worked for you if so.

I've never used any of Brieley's but I've fielded a couple myself and it worked good to move the center of the 10" pattern

I inquired about the process a while back. Maybe 2 years ago.  I had issues with a 12ga ATI Turkey Fowl with the bottom shooting about 5-6 inches low.  For some reason I did not pursue with Briley and decided to try and move pattern on my own.  I had an older Carlson .680 extended turkey choke that I screwed into my bottom barrel and filed/dremeled the top section of the choke.  Took a little at a time and shot between.  I started feathering from about half the diameter of the choke up to the top section, in the direction I wanted to move pattern, and this worked.

Just saw a YouTube video on Blue Collar Outdoors, where the owner of Meadow Creek Mounts had used Briley to cut him a Eccentric choke for his CZ Over Under and it seemed to work great for him.  He said that when he had his done he sent Briley in 3 shots from each barrel at 30 yards I believe, using the same choke in each barrel.  He then sent pattern results to Briley and they cut him a new choke.  Unsure if that is the process now as he said he had it done several years back and wasn't 100% sure, but it sure seems like a good option.

If anybody has had any experience using Briley for an eccentric choke I would be interested in their results also.  Will be following this post.
