Any info or experience with strikers made from Boarwood?  It's a laminate.

I am really liking the new JLH Liberty wood if you are looking for a laminate.  Just got one (and a heavy cedar) and it is a player

It's not so much that I'm super interested in Boarwood for a striker but I have some Boarwood sitting around and I'm wondering what I can have made from it.  I have a Boarwood trumpet, and I like the trumpet.

I've got a striker from Clay Townsend in that and it will flat out run anything. Very good striker
