Is anybody using a PA Micro Prism sight on their turkey shotgun?
Best things ever. I've been amazed no one is using one. Prisms are fantastic. Way better than a red dot
Does a prism sight gather light at dusk/dawn like a good quality scope will

Im considering this scope also. Only thing Im not sure about is the reticle. It looks busy/ cluttered. And eye relief isn't great.
I like the size, weight and the fact it works with astigmatism.
You can shoot in any light with it. Even has night settings.
The reticle doesn't appear cluttered and the eye relief is good but I don't have a zoom over 3. I think 2 is perfect. Why don't you get one off a place you can return from and check it out. I'd be surprised if you didn't keep it.
If the battery dies, doesn't matter. That reticle is there. I never turn it on anyhow.
Another consideration. A guy was with me this spring. We were driving around trying to locate birds. Was raining a bunch so it was from truck. He had a holosun with shake awake so the red dot woulda stayed on a lot.
He was afraid of battery being over used so he lowered red dot far as possible to conserve. We struck a bird, quick got out n went around. Once set up I cutt at em. They fired up way too close. Within a minute 6 gobblers were on us. My buddy was fiddling with his red dot trying to bump it up. In the rush to go he'd forgotten. The birds stepped into view and his gun hadn't been adjusted up right. If it was a prism it never woulda mattered. Still woulda been a perfect reticle there.
On the reticle The hash marks for ranging are down out of the way just to be clear. Def way less distracting than bow sights if you all can relate to that.

which one do you have SLX or GLX
I've got the glx2x I've also got vortex prisms but there's night/day dif imo. Especially in field of view and eye relief. The PA is fantastic
