Hi guys, title says it all. I picked up a new box of 3 1/2" Federal TSS straight 9s. I don't want to waste a $16 shell if I don't have to when my 835 and Carlson choke does this with same shell loaded with straight 7s at 43 long paces. What do y'all think?
There's only one way to know for sure.
Probably not it's TSS. Hard to miss with shot that small.
Easy answer is yes.
I pattern straight 7.5s and 9s. They fly straight but the 7.5 is a little lower. This was off a rest.
Thanks for the replies. I guess I'll burn a shell and be certain as much as I don't want to
If you can't afford to pattern your gun with it, you can't afford to hunt with that ammo IMO.
PLease do, the result may not be the same. Z
