If anyone is aware of an Arkansas native hunting in central Kentucky currently, drives a black Tacoma. I hope this message reaches him. If you're aware of who this may be please send me a PM. I wanted to give him a hand with some regulations he may not be aware of. No drama I'm literally putting this out there to help the guy out.
